Service Description
7-Day Hire is the longest hire package we offer, the Sauna will be delivered to you at 10am on your chosen date and set up for you to enjoy. we will return part way through the hire period to restock the towels, firewood and batteries (unless otherwise arranged), we then pick the sauna up the following morning once you booking has ended. Please contact us for this package.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Please book in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during weekends and peak seasons. Cancellations made 10 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 5–10 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the booking date are non-refundable. If we are able to refill your booking dates, a refund or booking transfer may still be offered at our discretion. If severe weather or unforeseen circumstances make delivery unsafe or impossible, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the booking with a full refund provided. If your preferred dates are unavailable, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Should a booking become available, waitlisted guests will be contacted in the order requests were received.
