Service Description
Please contact us to arrange your Seven-Day Hire info@dustyroads.co.nz 7-Day Hire is the longest hire package we offer, the Sauna will be delivered to you at 10.30am on your chosen date and set up for you to enjoy. we will return part way through the hire period to restock the towels, firewood and batteries (unless otherwise arranged), we then pick the sauna up at 9am once you booking has ended. Delivery: Delivery to Wairarapa townships is included. If the sauna is being delivered to a rural address, please select Rural Delivery. For delivery outside the Wairarapa, please contact us for a quote before booking. (Townships include Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Martinborough, Featherston) - Please ensure there is a clear, level site for the sauna, with enough room for us to safely reverse it into position. - If an outdoor tap is not available within 20 metres, please select the off-grid option when booking. - Please also be aware that water from the outdoor shower will drain directly onto the ground. - Please be read our information booklet before use What’s Included - Mobile sauna delivered, set up and ready to use -Six sitting towels - Joolca gas Califont and shower head - Sauna bucket and ladle - Firewood and kindling provided in a waterproof box - Natural fire starters and a lighter - Natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Our information booklet on using the Sauna - 20m Hose - 4kg Gas bottle - Stools, steeps and head rests - Laundry basket - Interior and exterior lights If choosing the off-grid option (as well as the above) - Joolca battery - Joolca water pump - 200L water tank located in the rear of the sauna

Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Please book in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during weekends and peak seasons.
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 5–10 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the booking date are non-refundable.
Bookings may be rescheduled online up to 10 days before the hire date. Changes within 10 days are subject to availability and must be approved by Dusty Roads Sauna Hire.
If we are able to refill your booking dates, a refund or booking transfer may still be offered at our discretion.
If severe weather or unforeseen circumstances make delivery unsafe or impossible, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the booking with a full refund provided.
If your preferred dates are unavailable, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Should a booking become available, waitlisted guests will be contacted in the order requests were received.
